The 12th BF Meeting focused on the following points:
1- Agreement in principle, in accordance with Article 9 of the statutes, for affiliation with the Tunisian Federation of Equestrian Sports.
Following the examination of legal documents and on-site visits conducted by approval committees, the bureau decided to grant affiliation to the Tunisian Federation of Equestrian Sports to the following clubs:
- Association Aziz (Governorate of Sfax)
- Association Equestre Laguna (Governorate of Ariana)
2- Organization of Maghreb Championships
As part of its program, specifically point 7, the Federal Bureau decided to organize the 2014 Maghreb Games in Tunisia. In this regard, the bureau noted three received candidatures to host the Maghreb Show Jumping Games scheduled for the week of September 22, 2014, in Tunis.
The candidates to host the Maghreb Games are:
- Municipality of La Soukra
- National Guard Sports Club
- Les Ecuries Vertes du Belvédère
The Federal Bureau tasked a committee to establish a technical and financial specifications document for organizing the games, which will be submitted for approval to the candidates to prepare their bids for hosting the games.
3- National Team Charter
The Federal Bureau approved the proposed charter for the national team as suggested by the legal and disciplinary commission. This charter will be sent to selected riders/horse owners for signature for the World Equestrian Games in endurance.
4- Meeting with clubs
The Federal Bureau delegated the show jumping committee to organize a meeting with clubs on the following topics:
1- Presentation of the new procedure for CSO degree examinations.
2- Introduction of a new Show Jumping Riders Ranking (Ranking CSO).
3- Proposal to reschedule the Tunisian Championships to November 2014.
4- Awareness campaign for club representatives' elections.
5- Preparation Program for the WEG
The Federal Bureau approved the endurance committee's proposal for WEG preparation.
Key aspects of this preparation include:

Financial support for horse owners for their upkeep.

Monthly follow-up by farrier Philippe Piret.

Bi-monthly follow-up by a veterinarian designated by the FTSE, with individual reports.

Team gathering for 15 days prior to departure to Normandy.
6- Election of club/cavalier and parent representatives
A date for the elections of various representatives for the 2013-2014 sports year will be set by the Federal Bureau.
